##plugins.schemas.marc.fields.description.name##	The objective of this article is to analyze the different processes of agency of migrant women from the countryside to the city who, through a strategy of collective action, laid the foundations of female solidarity in situations of gender-based violence during the COVID 19 pandemic in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. Using a participatory action-research methodology, we conducted semi-structured interviews, psychosocial and legal accompaniment to women victims of violence and workshops on gender violence; finally, we constituted a collective of women who support each other to build a life free of violence. We present the analysis of three cases explored in depth that allow us to see how from a diversity of trajectories and temporalities (past, present and projection into the future) and from a collective action, we were able to influence in a differentiated way the processes of empowerment of women who chose to live a life free of violence. The analysis of the communality of agency that can be facilitated in the places of settlement of women, from different generations, who migrated in search of better living conditions, through accompaniment and collective reflection for them and their descendants constitutes a contribution to gender studies. El objetivo del artículo es analizar los distintos procesos de agenciamiento de mujeres migrantes del campo a la ciudad que mediante una estrategia de acción colectiva sentaron las bases de una solidaridad femenina ante situaciones de violencia de género durante la pandemia de COVID 19 en San Cristóbal de Las Casas, Chiapas, México. Mediante una metodología de investigación-acción-participativa, realizamos entrevistas semiestructuradas, acompañamiento psicosocial y jurídico a las mujeres víctimas de violencia y talleres sobre violencia de género; finalmente, constituimos una colectiva de mujeres que se apoyan para construir una vida libre de violencia. Presentamos el análisis de tres casos explorados a profundidad que permiten ver cómo a partir de una diversidad de trayectorias y de temporalidades (pasado, presente y proyección al futuro) y a partir de una acción colectiva, pudimos incidir de manera diferenciada en los procesos de agenciamiento de mujeres que optaron por vivir una vida libre de violencia.  El análisis de la comunalidad de la agencia que puede ser facilitada en los lugares de asentamiento de mujeres de diversas generaciones, que migraron buscando mejores condiciones de vida, a través del acompañamiento y de la reflexión colectiva para ellas y sus descendientes contituye un aporte al campo de los estudios de género.
