Descripción	Migratory movements have been increasingly the subject of analyzes from different perspectives in contemporary times. In this paper, we present the results of a survey of Brazilian and African women, living in Portugal, concerning their integration in the country and the conditions of their sexual and reproductive health, considering the status of migrants. The aim is to present some reflections on the health conditions of migrants, from the perspective of the social sciences and, in particular, women who were subjects of research. Therefore, focus groups were organized in Portugal with Brazilian and African migrant women and, from these, there were important evidence related to the topics mentioned. These testimonials are part of the body of the text and indicate relevant issues and worrying about the complexity and the impacts that involve migratory movements. Los movimientos migratorios han sido, cada vez más, tema de análisis bajo diferentes perspectivas, en la contemporaneidad. En este artículo se presentan los resultados de una investigación realizada a mujeres brasileñas y africanas, residentes en Portugal, con respecto a su integración en el país y sus condiciones de salud sexual y reproductiva, considerándose el estatuto de migrantes. El objetivo es presentar algunas reflexiones acerca de las condiciones de salud de las poblaciones migrantes, a partir de la perspectiva de las ciencias sociales y, en particular, de las mujeres que fueron sujetos de la investigación realizada. Por lo tanto, se organizaron grupos focales en Portugal, con testimonios relacionados con los temas mencionados. Esos testimonios constituyen parte del cuerpo del texto e indican cuestiones relevantes y preocupantes acerca de la complejidad y los impactos que tienen que ver con los movimientos migratorios
