Descripción
Sumario:Throughout the colonial period, the University of Mexico was primarily canonist in terms of the preferences of its law students. Nevertheless, as this article shows, in the transition from the 17th to the 18th Century, a difference or particularity can be seen in which references to laws begin to outnumber references to canons on certain points.
