The civic events that enveloped their erection can be analyzed from different viewpoints and forecast the disintegration of one of the most polemic regimes in our history, which gave place to a deeply rooted revolutionary movement. |

Como parte de las festividades del Centenario de la Independencia de México, se inauguraron esculturas conmemorativas de héroes mexicanos y extranjeros. Estas obras son una fuente histórica de enorme valía para indagar la conformación de la memoria histórica. Los actos cívicos que acompañaron su instalación pueden ser analizados desde distintas ópticas y preludian el desmoronamiento de uno de los regímenes más polémicos de nuestra historia que motivó un movimiento revolucionario de profunda raíz.
