總結:In this article, the Mexican Dual Education Model (MMFD) is examined as a framework for fostering labor skills and facilitating the school-to-work transition in Guanajuato. The study highlights that dual apprentices gain technical competencies and experience seamless transitions from their academic training to occupational outcomes. These outcomes are attributed to the institutional collaboration between companies and schools, developed by policymakers and supported by the region’s favorable economic growth. The research methodology includes in-depth interviews with young participants and key stakeholders from both companies and educational institutions. Furthermore, a comparative survey was administered to graduates and active dual-program students, as well as peers from traditional educational pathways.
