Utilizando datos de la ENIGH 2000-2014, este trabajo tiene como objetivo, en primer lugar, describir lo que está sucediendo en el mercado laboral mexicano en cuanto a la oferta y demanda relativa de trabajadores definidos por su ocupación, cuando las ocupaciones se clasifican en no rutinarias y rutinarias y, dentro de éstas, en cognitivas y manuales, basados en un análisis exhaustivo de tareas. En segundo lugar, este artículo trata de comprender cómo los salarios y la formalidad se relacionan con el cambio tecnológico sesgado por tareas (TBTC, por sus siglas en inglés) en México. El análisis diferencia los mercados laborales masculino y femenino.
