| Resumo: | Some economic and political events in Vietnam from September 2022 to September 2023, have strengthened its international image. Much of the country’s prestige derives from the efforts of its working population, change-oriented public policies, and the international commitments. At least in the southeast Asian region, or even in Asia Pacific, the country’s visible efforts may be evident to international actors. However, Singapore remains the exception, but if are to consider its latest achievements, Vietnam can occupy a privileged place as a state. |
