The purpose of this article is to provide an edition of the full, unpublished text of the Response to the book entitled “Politics of God”. En octubre de 1626, unos meses después de la publicación de Política de Dios, gobierno de Cristo, tiranía de Satanás de Quevedo, se fecha la dedicatoria de una feroz diatriba contra el autor y la obra. La existencia del texto polémico, difundido de forma manuscrita y anónima, se conoció recientemente. Hoy se sabe también que esta invectiva determinó la corrección del tratado, con una versión autocensurada. El propósito de este artículo es ofrecer una edición del texto íntegro, inédito, de la Respuesta al libro intitulado "Política de Dios".
