| Summary: | In this work I pretend to show the value of dictionaries as a tool for research on the history of social concepts. I start from the research on the history of social concepts. I start from the research on the history of concepts by Reinhart Koselleck and I put the semantic representation of the term revolución as a sample of analysis. This value, which is out of doubt, might be more relevant if we consider several proposals, to be applied to language and historical dictionaries, which allow to show the connection between the linguistic component of concepts and society. |
