Fecha de recepción: 10 de enero de 2011.Fecha de aceptación: 4 de marzo de 2013. El volumen Tres (2000) de Roberto Bolaño será puesto en diálogo con el ensayo “Literatura + enfermedad = enfermedad” del libro El gaucho insufrible (2003). Se rastrearán en este trabajo operatorias de escritura que la instauran como un viaje de sentido, siempre abierto, por el cual dicha escritura hace referencia a sí misma, a la vez que “piensa”, alude y transforma la literatura latinoamericana y occidental. La vida de Bolaño estuvo signada por los viajes y su posibilidad transformadora;dentro de Chile, primero, después en Latinoamérica y, por último,desde aquí hacia Europa, donde radicó. En estrecha relación con su vida, su escritura parece refrendar las nociones asociadas de desplazamiento y transformación, pues traza itinerarios que conducen al lector a lugares diversos de la literatura universal, que de este modo se ve revisada y que, a la par, transforma cada texto.
