Résumé:New electronic technologies such as text databases, telematic libraries,computer corpus and specific reference, as well as software designed tofacilitate lexicographic work, are a breakthrough in the development andstudy of philology towards lexicography. The new lexicography, particularlythe historical lexicography delves into textual documentation in order tofind the reaons for the evolution of their uses and in this sense the documentarywork telematics offer many advantages. To demonstrate this, inthis paper we will discuss the historical evolution of the meanings of theverb verter in Spanish, focusing in particular on the impact of grammaticalprocess in this evolution.
