| description | The article proposes to analyze the energy projects of Argentine provinces with Chinese actors in the context of the growing tendency of sub-state actors to deploy international actions, instrumentalizing foreign policy. The case studies are the provinces of Jujuy, Neuquén and Santa Cruz. The objective is to study Argentine-Chinese relations from a sub-state perspective and to study sub-state international management in relation to development.
The methodology is qualitative with interpretation of documents, taking into account the contextualization and exploration of each case. The analysis makes use of the theories of complex interdependence and structuralism to explain the center-periphery dynamics. |

El artículo propone analizar los proyectos energéticos de provincias argentinas con actores chinos, en el contexto de la creciente tendencia de los actores subestatales de desplegar acciones internacionales, instrumentalizando la política exterior. Los casos de estudio son las provincias de Jujuy, Neuquén y Santa Cruz. El objetivo es estudiar las relaciones argentino-chinas desde la perspectiva subestatal y estudiar la gestión internacional subestatal en relación con el desarrollo. La metodología es cualitativa con interpretación de documentos, teniendo en cuenta la contextualización y exploración de cada caso. El análisis toma las teorías de la interdependencia compleja y el estructuralismo para explicar la dinámica centro-periferia.
