總結:The revolution in technology and telecommunications has enabled business model innovation through the use of platforms, particularly delivery platforms, which have created an ecosystem of algorithmic management that, in many cases, subjects workers to conditions of control and precarization of their activities. The case of Rappi exemplifies the use of innovation to precarize workers, even denying them their status as employees, especially in contexts like Colombia, characterized by a precarious labor structure and a rentier business class. This study analyzes the case of Rappi in Colombia through interviews and surveys conducted between 2021 and 2024.
