Descripción
Sumario:In this work, entitled L'attachement social and published by Seuil, Serge Paugam develops a theory of social attachment (attachement social) inspired by the Durkheimian theory (of moral education and attachment to social groups), prologuing and specifying it, in order to study the forms and foundations of human solidarity based on the conceptual and theoretical framework of social attachment, and contributing to produce new knowledge on what keeps individuals and groups together in contemporary societies. In this mature work, the author combines theoretical foundations, conceptual systematisation and analytical rigour, although greater intellectual daring is lacking.
