| Resumo: | The field of studies on criminal groups has set aside the analysis of the emergence of the criminal phenomenon from the point of view of its communicative infrastructure. In particular, a systemic analysis of criminality has been dismissed. The article faces with the question: how to understand the criminal phenomenon from the point of view of social systems theory? Based on empirical research, the paper proposes to analyze the criminal order and its multiple functional performances. |
