Within the framework of the security strategy called "war against drug trafficking”, the emergence of "child dealers" has a notable impact on the reconfiguration of the social fabric. This becomes visible through a tense relationship in which a triad of actors unfolds: La Plaza - public security agents - young dealers and users of illicit substances.
