| Sumario: | The ten academic journals published today by El Colegio de México have taken their own paths: they began at different times, and the people behind the different projects came from different scientific fields, with varied professional horizons and research ideas that were not necessarily homogenous. But they shared the basic aim, expressed in different ways, of publishing original works based on rigorous academic research in order to help disseminate knowledge in their respective disciplines. They are all spaces for dialogue and discussion, produced through a rigorous peer-review process, and unquestionably scrupulous in their adherence to best publishing practices.
