| Sumario: | Urban freight transport in the historic central business districts show management challenges, due their urban dynamics and their road infrastructure characteristics. For the above, this research aims to analyze the characteristics, demand and behavioral patterns of the urban freight transport in its deliveries, considering, on the one hand, the type of retail trade and, on the other, the supplier. Through interviews in the establishments and an observational study, the data are analyzed by statistical methods. The results shown the delivery characteristics and road management proposals are defined to improve the distribution. |
