| Resumo: | In this article, we analyze the book La urbanización capitalista, by Christian Topalov available in Spanish. We use the historicist method that the author developed in later works to study his text and its reception in Latin America. This approach helps us evaluate the trajectory of a theoretical perspective developed in Europe on the eve of the neoliberal transformation of capitalism; spread with the Hispanic American exiles, and whose update for the 21st century offers new perspectives on issues currently thematized. |
