總結:This article explains the historical mechanisms of field production in community forest conservation in an ejido located in the Biosphere Reserve of the Monarch Butterfly, renowned for the good management of its forest. Bourdieu’s field theory, and Berger and Luckmann’s concepts of habituation and institutionalization, are used to analyze the historical trajectory of this ejido in the successful management of its forests. The results suggest that the collective formation of cultural capital was central to the production of the field of community forest conservation.
