總結:This study investigates the degree of residential segregation in the municipalities that have hosted the construction of 121 social housing complexes, built in the northeastern corner of the Valley of Mexico during the 2000-2010 decade, as well as variations in the degree of accessibility of these urban complexes during the same period. Through indicators of accessibility, spatial autocorrelation, and measurements of the supply and demand of social housing, the authors conclude that there is a high degree of segregation in these residential complexes and the municipalities that house them with respect to the central municipalities of the Valley of Mexico. This segregation is slightly reduced over time for some of the variables studied, while the oversupply of social housing may have contributed to residential segregation on a metropolitan scale.
