Description
Résumé:In the context of research on violence experienced by LGBTI students in university contexts, it is clear that there are a range of conceptual categories that have been used to address this phenomenon: homophobic bullying, gender violence, homophobia or homodiscrimination. Given this ambiguity and the need to define a conceptual framework that guides the design of research, the present discussion centered on the problem of the conceptual theoretical definition of the phenomenon is generated. From the result of this analysis, a new category is proposed, as well as its phenomenological structure: LGBTI-discrimination. It concludes with the proposal of an analysis agenda for the construction of a theoretical category with a higher level of integration and systematicity.
