| 總結: | Since it was first announced in 2013, the Belt and Road Initiative has become a geopolitical tenet for Chinese intellectuals, shaping a formal geopolitical approach that defines the agenda for Chinese foreign policy decisions in spaces destined for political action. Moreover, Chinese scholars have considered the Belt and Road Initiative as a global public good, a notion proposed by the Chinese government since 2015 in a bid to strengthen the legitimacy of the official discourse about this project. The text analyzes the development of formal geopolitics based on the idea of the Belt and Road Initiative being a global public good. In this sense, representative discourses of formal geopolitics are analyzed in order to understand the geopolitical tradition of the Belt and Road Initiative.
