2020“…Through the analysis of the relational performance of two government instruments, used in Chile to record data on new buildings, the inscription and calculation operations that they deploy and the orders of meaning articulated on urban materiality are explored. From this, the text argues that its empirical observation is influenced by the communities of practices to which they are linked in their situations of design and application, and proposes that both their data-gathering practices and the narratives on materiality that emerge of these, they express an objectivity situated in that network of relationships.…”
