The analysis here presented suggests the existence of, at least, three different types of conflicts through which the judicial system has participated in the determination of certain limits, uses and functions of the public space; and, it also, highlights the way in which a particular set of juridical actors have imagined particular ways for regulating the Mexico city’s streets. |

Este documento analiza los conflictos jurídicos por el espacio público de la ciudad de México. Particularmente, se explica la forma en que los jueces han participado en la constitución de reglas y límites jurídicos para regular el ejercicio del derecho al trabajo en las calles de la ciudad. El análisis sugiere la existencia de, al menos, tres tipos de conflicto mediante los que los jueces han establecido límites, usos y funciones sobre la regulación del espacio público en el Distrito Federal; y da luz sobre la forma en que una serie de actores jurídicos han imaginado formas particulares para regular las calles de la ciudad de México.
