Sumario: | As a consequence of the pandemic, educational systems in Latin America transitioned to remote functioning via the internet. New needs emerged that had to be addressed to ensure the continuity of classes. In this context, characterized by great uncertainty, this study investigates the role of the personal networks of Peruvian teachers as potential sources of support. Additionally, the mediation of the educational organizational context in the functioning of these networks, which facilitated practices of mutual support, is analyzed. The methodological design was mixed-methods, and the results suggest a multidimensional support system that extended beyond the professional-pedagogical dimension but also had negative effects on the personal lives of the teachers.
