Description
Summary:Ver sin ser visto. Centros clandestinos de detención en Argentina como dispositivos panópticos (1976-1983) offers an analysis of 3 clandestine detention centers that, in the context of the cold war, operated in Argentina: Automotores Orletti, la Escuela de Mecánica de la Armada, y y el Departamento de Informaciones de la Policía de Córdova       . The idea that served to tense this investigation and that is summarized in the title: Ver sin ser visto, with the idea of the panopticon, by Bentham, seems to me that it does not work to analyze clandestine detention centers. And, in vain, the author, when she analyzes the relationship between the architectural design of the clandestine centers in question and the panopticon, she tries to force this relationship.
