Summary: | One of the most frequently analyzed issues in the field of labor relations are labor platforms. However, the dimension of workers’ subjectivity, in other words, the configuration of meaning in concrete situations, has yet to be been studied in depth. This article aims to fill this gap by identifying the meanings constructed by platform workers in regard to their work and collective organizations. It also seeks to understand how these meanings are configured, which dimensions intervene and how they are linked. To this end, we analyze the case of delivery platform workers in the city of Buenos Aires, using a multidimensional analytical framework and combining quantitative and qualitative methods.
