Resumo: | The aim of this article is to analyze the relationship between two elements: a) the ways of doing a gender performance in love and sexuality and b) the organization of the symbolic space (Feministlan) in which different feminist activists are located. Based on the biographical method, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 21 feminist women living in Mexico City. It was found that love and sexuality have a public interest in Feministlan, as they constitute areas of experience in which the political sense assigned to gender identity can be demonstrated. In addition, it was concluded that Feministlan can be conceptualized as a "field", a gender order and an emotional regime.
