| Sumario: | The South Korean economy grew 2.6 percent in 2022, and by 0.3 and 0.6 percent in the first and second quarters of 2023, respectively. These figures are lower than the 4.1% of 2021. Production and consumption are strongly linked to other countries: the economies of northeast and southeast Asia, as well as some countries in the Americas and in Europe, are the main trading partners that support the dynamism of the economy and foreign trade, which stimulates politics and international relations. This research conducts a documentary analysis of the economy, domestic politics, international relations and foreign trade of South Korea from 2022 to July 2023. |
